Refund Policy

1. Voluntary contributions

Eastar Oracle offers its report service free of charge. Contributions are entirely voluntary: you can generate and read your full report without paying anything. The $4.99 contribution is a discretionary act of support, not a purchase of a product or service.

2. 14-day refund window

Because contributions are voluntary, refunds are rarely needed. However, if you believe an error occurred with your contribution, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. To request a refund:

• Include the email address and payment reference shown on your receipt

We will review requests and process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, in accordance with Paddle's merchant-of-record terms. Refunds requested in accordance with this policy will be issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

We handle disputes through Paddle's chargeback process. We encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to resolve any issue directly and quickly.
