Eastar Oracle provides personalized archetype reports generated from your date, time and place of birth, combining classical Eastern traditions (BaZi, astrology) with Western astrological concepts. The Service is provided as a static web application; no account is required to generate a report.
All content, reports, interpretations and guidance provided by the Service are offered for entertainment, educational and self-reflection purposes only. The Service does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on any report as a basis for decisions regarding health, finances, relationships, legal matters, or any other important life decision. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
The Service does not make, and expressly disclaims, any guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding your future, fortune, health, career, relationships, or any other outcome. Reports are interpretive works based on historical traditions and are not statements of fact. Any similarity between report content and real events is coincidental.
Generating a report is free. Users may choose to make a voluntary, one-time contribution of $4.99 USD. Contributions are processed through Paddle, a third-party payment provider, and are subject to Paddle's terms and our Refund Policy. Contributions are discretionary and do not purchase any additional content, service, or entitlement beyond what the Service already provides.
The Service, including its text, design, layout, graphics, code and report templates, is the property of Eastar Oracle and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission. Your personal report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or any related systems.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastar Oracle, its operators and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service uses third-party services including Cloudflare (hosting) and Paddle (payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Parts of the interpretive content, report generation and editorial process may be produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. Reports are generated programmatically from classical reference works and are provided without warranty as to accuracy or completeness.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
